Low Income Housing
Boreal Housing Foundation provides property management services for 175 family housing units, operating under two programs: the Alberta Community Housing Program and the Alberta Rural and Native Housing Program.
The province owns all the dwellings under this program, and any operating deficits are fully funded by the province through an annual budget review process. Management and tenant selection are delegated to the local housing operators.
